Fully Commission-Based | Subcontractor Position

Overview

We are a fast-growing automotive sales company seeking a driven and results-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. You'll be based onsite at our dealership, but all your client deals will be out-of-geo -- handled entirely by phone, email, and digital tools. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional who can work independently, close remotely, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You'll Do:

Work from the dealership while closing remote automotive finance deals with clients located outside the local area. Discuss and finalize all aspects of the deal, including pricing, warranties, and insurance products. Process and submit deals in

Dealertrack

independently. Operate warranty and insurance product systems accurately and efficiently. Work within a DMS to track, report, and accrue financial figures with precision. Collaborate with the sales and inventory team to meet or exceed monthly dealership targets. Resolve client objections with professionalism and effective problem-solving.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years automotive finance experience

(F&I background preferred).

OMVIC salesperson license

required (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Experience managing client-facing automotive transactions from start to finish. Strong working knowledge of

Dealertrack

, warranty/insurance platforms, and dealership management systems (DMS). Ability to work within a sales team to hit personal and group goals. Excellent communication skills;

bilingual ability

is a strong asset. Call center or remote sales experience is a plus. Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable working on a
