The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly within a dealership environment, and possess exceptional skills in math and negotiation. This role requires a proactive approach to managing finances while ensuring excellent customer service and sales support.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency within the dealership. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales teams to create financing options that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership revenue. Negotiate terms with lenders and financial institutions to secure favorable financing arrangements for customers. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies. Provide training and support to staff on financial products and services to enhance customer service delivery.

Skills

Proven experience in finance management, preferably within a dealership or automotive context. Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets effectively. Excellent negotiation skills to secure beneficial financing terms for customers. Solid understanding of sales processes and customer service principles. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and analysis. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
