Role Overview
As a Finance Intern, you will work directly with the leadership team to help underwrite and analyze potential real estate acquisitions, while also assisting in the preparation of high-impact investment materials. Your work will directly support decision-making and investor communication.
Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Proforma Development
  • Assist in building and updating real estate financial models (pro forma) for acquisition, development, or repositioning opportunities.
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Presentation & Memo Creation
  • Help draft internal and external presentations (PowerPoint) for investment committee and investor-facing materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of detailed offering memorandums that clearly communicate the investment thesis, financials, and market context.
  • Market & Property Research
  • Conduct research on real estate markets, trends, and comparable transactions to inform underwriting and presentations.
  • Analyze financial statements, operating performance, and budgets.
  • Administrative & Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with team members across departments on special projects related to acquisitions and asset management.
  • Maintain and organize deal-related documentation and tracking files.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, functions) and PowerPoint (clean layout and visual communication).
  • Prior experience or coursework in accounting, financial modeling, or real estate investment is a strong plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
