Finance Assistant

to work directly with

Alex Menelik (Director of Finance)

-- a mentorship role where you'll get paid to

KYC, insurance, and post-sale funding processes

that keep FNPS ahead of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

accounts payable, receivable, and bookkeeping accuracy

across multiple entities. Support lender submissions by organizing and verifying client documentation (ID, POI, insurance, etc.). Perform

account reconciliations and funding audits

to ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and profitable. Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics teams on deal funding, delivery, and post-sale KYC verification. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with

budget tracking and risk analysis.

Participate in

finance meetings and reporting

with leadership to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Learn lender compliance rules and

support system improvements

in HubSpot, Dealertrack, and Google Workspace.

Ideal Candidate

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in

Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

. Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; eager to learn tools like

Dealertrack, HubSpot, and JustCall

. A problem-solver who thrives under mentorship and takes initiative. Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams. Hungry to

build a future in finance, funding, or operations
