In your role, you will:

• Be responsible to ensure that the various finance deliverables for the S4Hana project are meet per the project schedule;
  • This will include the deliverables specific to the finances processes as well as identifying the impacts to finance of other upstream business processes;
  • Ensure a proper coordination within finances with other key ongoing initiatives (One Stream and others);
• Prepare and communicate to the FLT and the Finance directors community, regular updates on the evolution of the project;
  • Escalate (as needed), any relevant topics and recommendations for which a decision is needed
• Ensure the adoption of best in class business processes, as well as identifying and maximizing the benefits potential for finance by the tools offered by S4Hana;
• Lead and provide support to your team; ensure adequate support coverage on the various topics to be addressed
• Identify future training needs for the finance organization following the various deployment phases of S4HANA;

Qualifications


As our ideal candidate,

• You possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or Finance and have ten (10+) years of relevant management experience.
• You hold a professional accountant designation or equivalent experience.
• You have experience in manufacturing environment (preferably in Aerospace industry).
• You have demonstrated a strong acumen for business process improvement initiatives
• You demonstrate leadership qualities.
• You can work across organizational boundaries
• You are energetic, driven and results oriented.
• You have character and integrity that aligns with the culture and ethics of the Company.
• You have demonstrated results orientation.
• You possess effective collaboration, influencing & communication skills.
• You have excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French.
• You possess strong strategic orientation.
