Responsibilities

Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Manage cash flow, including monitoring receivables and payables to maintain optimal liquidity. Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission of all required documentation. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus. Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
