Job Description

H.G. Smith & Associates are now hiring for our office in Cochrane, Alberta. We are seeking 1 Full Time Finance Clerk. The applicant must have proficient knowledge and skills in an office environment.

Finance Clerk Responsibilities:



Enter financial data and maintain accurate records Process invoices, cheques, and other documents Assist with account and bank reconciliation Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues Perform other duties as required

Finance Clerk Requirements:



Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions Maintaining and filing various forms and records Experience with Word and Excel Experience with Accounting software Attention to detail Ability to problem solve Organizational and multitasking skills Strong verbal and communication skills
