Duties

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness Oversee bookkeeping activities and maintain precise financial records Conduct account reconciliations to verify data integrity across financial statements Assist with budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to support organizational objectives Perform risk analysis and contribute to risk management strategies to safeguard assets Support investment activities by analyzing financial data and preparing reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development initiatives Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all financial transactions Lead or assist in process improvements within the finance department

Experience

Proven experience in accounting, corporate finance, or related financial services roles Strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cost management, and risk analysis Experience with investment analysis and financial planning is preferred Leadership experience or ability to lead projects within the finance department is advantageous Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
