About the Job: We are seeking a Finance MBA Intern to contribute to our business analysis, capital markets engagement, and financial modeling. Whether on-site, remote, or a hybrid model, you\'ll gain valuable experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, working directly with senior management and strategic advisory board members. About the Term:

• We have a scheduled placement for Oct 30th,November 13, January and April 2024. It can be either full time or part time, but must be a minimum of 520 hours per placement. We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please be sure to outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have. We also have a January placement scheduled for the 8th.

What You\'ll Do:

• Conduct business analysis to evaluate financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in capital markets engagement activities, such as investor relations, private equity discussions, funds, and grants strategy.
• Contribute to financial modeling efforts to assess investment opportunities, forecast financial outcomes, and support financial planning.
• Develop comprehensive financial business plans to drive growth initiatives and funding activities.
• Support the development of valuation models for potential investments and assist in financial due diligence.

About You:

• Currently pursuing an MBA or a related degree, with a focus on finance, accounting, or investment management. Can be also be a recent Graduate of the above mentioned programs.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex financial analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial information.

Duration and Compensation:

• We have a scheduled placement for Oct 30th,November 13, January and April 2024. Flexibility with timing and location are not an obstacle and should not deter you from applying. We offer remote, hybrid or in person placements and will accommodate any academic duties or constraints. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
