About the Opportunity
- Responsible for managing loan servicing system, including recording investor details, managing payments, missed payments, setting up new loans,etc
- Responsible for looking for process improvements and answering inquiries from investors and collectors in a timely and professional manner
- Asssiting with month-end
- Process AP and AR
- Full cycle accounting, including cash management, treasury, preparing finacial statements, and reporting
- Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
- 2+ Years of full-cycle accounting experience
- High Proficency with MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be enrolled in CPA
- High attention to detail
- Experience within the Mortgage-lending industry would be considered a very strong asset
$75,000 - $85,000/year
