The O\xe2\x80\x99Neill Automotive Group is looking for an individual that is career driven and ambitious for the position of Finance and Insurance Consultant. As a Finance and Insurance Consultant, the duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
• Conducting all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle
• Maintaining control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the office
• Assisting the sales staff in preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Assisting the sales staff regarding benefits of finance and lease programs
• Following up with previous and new customers to build and maintain rapport and relationships
• Ensuring customer service is top priority

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role (Prior automotive dealership experience considered and asset)
• Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems experience preferred, but not required
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
