Finance and Administrative CoordinatorPrimary Purpose: To provide accounting, financial reporting and administrative support in the Regina Campus Finance and Administration Manager.Nature of Work: Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, this position will be assisting with departmental accounting and financial reporting duties. This position interacts with a diverse group of individuals including faculty, staff, learners, other administrative units, and vendors. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail in maintaining records and correspondence, a high level of efficiency, prioritization, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines and displaying a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Work is performed with general supervision in a fast-paced environment, subject to multiple conflicting deadlines and priorities, with frequent interruptions.
