Scope of the Position



The Final Assembler plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timely completion of signage components. The responsibilities include various Final Assembly functions, contributing to the preparation of components for quality checks, crating and installation

Key Objectives and Accountabilities



Provide high quality product within specified timelines and adhere to Pride Signs quality standards Support and engage, in a timely manner, all areas within the Assembly Dept. (Trim, Letter Bending, Letter Cell, Crating) Foster a cooperative work environment by actively participating in team collaboration and supporting various associates and teams

Essential Functions



Reads/Interprets work orders and follows verbal instructions accordingly Install and assembles various illuminated/non illuminated components as per work orders Perform stretching functions of a sign face using the appropriate stretching tools/components Verifies hole placement and confirms precise patterns for mounting/installation purposes Perform various Assembly functions to prepare signage components for quality checks, crating and installation Assemble and attach illumination, wiring, backers, and face as per work orders Communicate with Team Leads/Lead Hand any assembly/wiring questions Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly (5S) Cooperate with the Joint Health and Safety Committee directives and adheres to all plant safety rules/policies. Wear all required PPE when on the plant floor. Assist with training of new and existing employees Other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, Education & Experience



High School Diploma preferred 1 year of experience in similar environment. (Electronic Assembly/Wiring) Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Strong math skills. Effective listening and verbal skills Demonstrate a strong work ethic, responsibility, and reliability. Ability to read and use measurements, interpret blueprints, and work with power tools. Collaborative, team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment

Hours of Work



Monday-Friday 7.00 am-4.00 pm
