Installer and Shop Assistant (Entry-Level) - Protex of Lethbridge & The Surface Co. Part-Time | Lethbridge, AB (Full-time potential after probationary period) Protex of Lethbridge and our partner brand, The Surface Co., are looking for a reliable, hands-on Installer & Shop Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn PPF, vinyl wraps, window tint, and architectural surface films. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, this role is a great fit. What you'll do: Assist with installing paint protection film, vinyl wraps, window tint, and surface coatings. Support shop operations including cleaning, prep work, and general labour. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Occasionally assist with mobile installs or off-site jobs. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Work with both Protex of Lethbridge and The Surface Co. depending on schedule needs. High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driver's abstract. Criminal record check available upon request. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and able to work independently once trained. Comfortable working with tools, ladders, and small equipment.

Any experience in vinyl wrapping, protective film installation, basic carpentry, or millwork is a strong asset.
