Prepare reports documenting all production related data for all filling lines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTime SpentMajor Responsibilities / Activities50%Requisition and gather proper hot stamps for printing machines at code changes.Request and prepare shop packet for B and C Filling Lines.Input material usage for batches into system for B and C fill lines.Perform required quality checks as per the SOP for B and C fill lines including multi up.Post correct data (code, lot expiration date) on batch boards, (except printers) at start of each batch. Post correct loading patterns at start of each batch, for B and C fill lines.30%Complete all necessary paperwork and maintaining records of absenteeism, hours and vacation for the department. Schedule batch changes. Complete required tasks on the following computer systems: BMTS, EBR & Kronos/AS400 for B and C fill lines.20%Perform line clearance as assigned.Perform start-up preparation as assigned for B and C fill lines.Obtain pyrogen, in-process, and P.M. samples as required and complete documentation for B and C fill lines.Obtain Cascade and Breakdown samples as required and complete proper documentation for B and C fill lines.Perform and document all required quality checks for B and C fill lines.Perform and document required system checks for B and C fill lines.JOB REQUIREMENTS (Preferred may be specific to the business unit)Education/ExperienceEducation LevelRequired:
