The hours for this position are: 32-40 hours per week, shift is 5am - 1:30pm

The Fill Crew Associate is a member of the Logistics Fill Team and has a key role in ensuring that products are transported from the warehouse to the sales floor. This position includes a lot of lifting and carrying.

What you'll do:

• Stock shelves and merchandise display areas.
• Maintains merchandise on the retail floor - Labeling, product facing and cleaning aisles and merchandise.
• Ensures that product and overstock is placed in the appropriate locations.
• Replace damaged or expired items when necessary.
• Assists in pricing, verifying price labels and organizing warehouse as needed.
• Readily disposes of shipping boxes, trash, etc.
• Completes other tasks as required.

What You'll Need:

• Comfort in learning retail computer systems and tools.
• Ability to work in a team enviroment that provides assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals.
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks in a team setting, or individually.
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours, lifting and carrying items unassisted, using a ladder, twisting, turning, reaching. Merchandise items may vary in weight from "light" to "heavy".
• Strong belief in the Canadian Tire values of honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic.
