The Role

We are seeking

motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives

to join our team. In this role, you will:

Work incoming

hot leads only

no cold calls, no recycled lists. Guide clients through the car-buying process, building trust and closing deals. Collaborate closely with our Finance Managers to finalize approvals. Deliver a professional, customer-first experience from first contact to delivery.
What Makes This Role Different

What We're Looking For

Experience in automotive sales (subprime or retail dealership experience a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Language skills in Tagalog or Spanish are an asset

, but not required. Driven, coachable, and motivated to maximize results. A true

with the discipline to follow up and seal deals.
Compensation

Strong commission-based pay

top closers earn well above industry averages. Unlimited earning potential with no cap. Growth opportunities as we continue expanding into multiple locations.
