. The ideal candidate has
2+ years of experience
in immigration consulting or file management, strong knowledge of Canadian immigration terms, and the ability to stay highly organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Review and organize immigration files for accuracy and completeness.
Upload, update, and maintain client records in portals (ApplyBoard, college/university systems, and internal databases).
Communicate with clients, colleges, and team members by email, phone, and in person.
Provide excellent
customer service
and timely updates to clients.
Prepare checklists, receipts, and supporting documents for applications.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with immigration guidelines.
Assist with office administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience
in immigration, education consultancy, or office administration with direct file handling.
Strong understanding of
Canadian immigration processes and terminology.
Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to handle multiple files at once.
Strong
customer service
and communication skills.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
and
Google Workspace
.
Ability to work
on-site in Surrey, BC
in a fast-paced environment.
Additional language skills (Punjabi/Hindi) are an asset.
