Part-time opportunity to provide administrative support within the Prosecution Unit of Legal Services.
Duties and Responsibilities

Sort and file hard copy Prosecution Briefs
Sort and file hard copy correspondence and documents into Prosecution Briefs
Scan completed Prosecution Briefs into CAMS
Trial date data entry into CAMS
Upload Part III digital files to CAMS
Upload documents into digital files in CAMS
Use ICON and CAMS to respond to inquiries from the public
Assist Legal Assistants with docket preparation
Assist Prosecutors with assignment court docket preparation
Attend Customer Service window
Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 education
Minimum two years administrative/legal work experience
Familiar with office procedures and practices
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Solid keyboarding skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Knowledge of ICON and CAMS is an asset
Excellent customer service skills is essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, police, public and the legal profession
Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 26.04 - $ 34.71
