Our Field Technology Coordinator delivers exceptional service by coordinating/supporting the Field Technology team with weather stations, cameras, precision upgrades and T3RRA products, and providing quotes to customers on products and services. Responsibilities



Build and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all departments focused on teamwork and delivering exemplary customer service

Strictly adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies

Monitor calls/tickets to ExpertConnect, quickly and accurately provide solutions

Sell, assemble, install, repair, and support weather stations

Procure and track inventory to keep up with demands

Support precision upgrades as needed

Work with Agronomy team to gather field data

Provide summaries and recommendations on action items and processes for the department



Requirements



Ability to work flexible hours, including extensive travel, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed

Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

2+ years experience in agriculture-related role

Agronomy experience, and technical repair background an asset

Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports

Ability to manage a fast-paced environment

Highschool diploma/equivalent required

The ability to use desktop and internet applications
