Seeking customer focused, multi-service, self-motivated Technician for the area of Field Installation and Repair. Multiple positions are available with a variety of scheduling opportunities. As a leader in providing telecommunications services, we specialize in providing installation, maintenance and emergency repair support to telecommunications companies from across Canada.

What You\'ll Do Here:

• Must be safety conscious and able to adhere to a highly focused safety culture
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality installations for IPTV, Internet and Phone Service in customers\' homes and businesses.
• Install and repair support for Phone, Internet and TV transported over fiber networks
• Troubleshooting and repair support for IPTV, Internet and Phone Service transported over fiber, copper
• Responsible for a geographical area to complete assigned work on a daily basis
• Provision and maintain outside plant facilities, including buried and aerial fiber and copper networks.
• Self-motivated and highly organized to manage workloads with minimal direction
• Highly Adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures

• Working at heights in different spaces in accordance with provincial and federal guideline

What You Bring to the Team:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years of technical field experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Expeirnece in Telecommunications and installations
• Electronics Engineering Certificate is considered an asset
• Must be willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions, all seasons
• Maintain a valid provincial driver\'s license and provide a driver\'s abstract quarterly
• Must be willing to travel and work in various locations (ex. New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia)
• Successfully complete a criminal background check
• Comfortable working with computers
• Evening, Weekend and Holiday work is required
