Field Technician

Duties:
- Maintain own vehicle and tools, you are required to provide your own vehicle, ladders, and all required tools to perform the job
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication equipment (Internet modems, digital TV boxes, and digital home phone systems)
- Climb ladders to perform maintenance and repair work
- Install and maintain cabling, and strict adherence to technical standards laid out by the operator we perform services for
- Troubleshoot electrical issues related to telecommunication systems

Skills:
- Customer service skills are a must, this can be developed on the job and support will be provided, but as a job that requires you to work inside customers' homes customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism are a must at all times.
- Ability to climb ladders
- Comfortable with technology, and not afraid to take on complex problems and deliver customer focused solutions
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to telecommunication equipment
- Ability to work at heights
- Familiarity with cabling installation (coax and twisted pair phone wiring) and maintenance for telecommunication systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
