Our client is looking for an experienced Field Support Analyst IS&T, the ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging their experience and interpersonal skills to move business requirements into technical solutions. The position is located in Estevan, SK. Our client is eager to cover relocation expenses for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders and escalate unresolved issues/risks, and provide recommendations.
• Perform on-site and/or remote analysis, diagnose complex technology problems, and implement corrective solutions.
• Partner with internal departments and vendors to support SCADA/ICS Environment.
• Provide IT training to end users and administer MS 365, including SharePoint, and Teams.
• Create documentation on technical processes.
• Travel to field sites and support critical services through 24-7 on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, or IT-related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT systems, support, deployment, etc.
• Strong understanding of MS 365 including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Must have experience with networking concepts, protocols, and services including routing, switching, TCP/IP, MPLS, VLAN, etc.
• Previous experience supporting field operations including SCADA/ICS, radio, and wireless communications would be an asset.
• Exceptional ability to communicate with individuals in technical and non-technical terms.
• Effective written communication skills; proven experience documenting business requirements, and test cases, and creating end-user training and reference materials.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and clean driver\'s abstract.
• Able to travel to field sites.
