About the Role



The Field Supervisor oversees on-the-ground operations and ensures field staff perform according to Drivon's quality, safety, and service standards. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and supporting our commitment to one-hour delivery.

Responsibilities



Supervise field staff and ensure adherence to company protocols Conduct field inspections, evaluations, and performance reviews Coordinate schedules, assignments, and workload distribution Address on-site issues and provide real-time support to field teams Communicate regularly with dispatch and operations teams Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with Drivon policies Prepare reports on field performance and operational outcomes

Qualifications



Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing field teams or operational staff preferred Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Flexibility to work variable schedules based on operational needs
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
