Field Supervisor - Residential Roofing

Kingston / Belleville, ON | $60 - 75 K + company truck & benefits

What you'll do:

Lead 4+ crews across multiple jobsites; enforce safety protocols and quality standards. Inspect, quote and execute various roof repairs on asphalt and metal roofing. Perform final roof inspections and troubleshoot issues on asphalt-shingle, metal and flat roofing. Coordinate day-to-day schedules, material drops, and change-orders to keep projects on track. Meet homeowners to collect final payments, explain warranties, and upsell add-ons. Maintain detailed site notes and photos in our job-management app.

Our Ideal Candidate:

3+ years in a foreman, crew-lead, or similar leadership role in residential roofing. Hands-on experience working at height on asphalt and metal roofs; siding and flat roofing knowledge is a plus. Clean G-class licence and comfort driving a full-size pickup. Solid communication skills--able to coach crews and reassure homeowners. Strong organizational skills; able to manage and schedule multiple jobsites simultaneously. Tech-savvy enough for CRM and cloud based software. Working-at-Heights and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

Salary:

$60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) + commission and bonus's
