We're currently seeking a Field Supervisor who brings not only strong leadership and organizational skills but also a solid trade background to help manage and support our field operations.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on supervisory position where you'll oversee multiple job sites as needed throughout the day, coordinate field technicians, and step in when skilled labor is required. Your experience in a skilled trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or similar) will allow you to both lead and assist on-site when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support technicians across various locations

- ?Visit job sites daily based on operational needs to check progress, quality, and safety

- ?Perform or assist with skilled maintenance tasks when needed, such as:

Automatic door repairs and troubleshooting

Drywall patching and painting

General maintenance of building common areas (non-unit)

- Provide job site reports and communicate issues or updates to management

- Ensure all work is performed to company standards and within deadlines

- Coordinate with the office team on scheduling, materials, and logistics

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field supervision or site management

- A skilled trade background (e.g., electrician, carpenter, HVAC tech, etc.)

- Comfortable working on-site with tools when needed

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

- Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
