Nor-Kam Rentals, a proudly locally owned and operated company serving the Peace Region since 1972, is looking for an experienced

Field Supervisor

to take a lead role in our operations. This is a

full-time, leadership-oriented position

offering competitive compensation based on experience.

We are looking for a

hands-on leader

with a proven track record in the oil and gas industry--someone who can lead crews, keep equipment moving safely and efficiently, and uphold the highest standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead field crews in the safe transport, setup, and demobilization of rental equipment to and from client sites. Oversee and perform equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness. Coordinate and contribute to yard and shop tasks, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring all procedures and standards are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

Minimum

5 years' experience

in the oil and gas industry, with leadership responsibilities. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Valid safety certifications

(H2S Alive, First Aid, etc.).

Valid driver's license

and clean driver's abstract;

Class 1 or 3

license is an asset. Proven commitment to safety, reliability, and professional work habits. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
