Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Build or continue to build relationships with utility companies interfacing with the project and represent the interests of Metrolinx Coordination of construction schedules of works performed by utility companies/ works contractors.
• Monitor execution of works performed by utility companies/ works contractors in the field
• Coordinate solutions for constructability issues associated with works.
• Coordinate with utility companies/ responsible entities for unknown utility identification.
• Coordinate with utility companies developing solutions to utility clashes in the field by other contractors.
• Monitor the performance of demolition works in accordance with respective contractor work plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited university or Minimum of 5 years\' experience working in the construction industry and/or large-scale infrastructure projects; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
• Demonstrated technical writing, data management, verbal communication, presentation, and teaching skills
• Experience with utility relocation and license agreements for major infrastructure projects, including rail, design-build, and/or other complex projects
• Experience with demolition works of commercial and residential properties.
• Experience interacting with local communities
