Job Description

• Partnering with stakeholders across the organization as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor driving best in class sampling strategies, that will contribute to Forsta’s continued profitable growth, whilst offering an unsurpassed client experience influencing key strategic decisions through impactful thought leadership and consultative approach.
• Develop and oversee sampling strategies and strategic initiatives by leveraging spend, negotiation, contracting, supplier management, and project management methodologies and skills to deliver on objectives and support the enhancement of the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Based on your specialized knowledge and in-depth expertise of sampling, you will proactively identify, and develop strategies and approaches for managing and sourcing third-party spend requirements.
• Build effective, professional working relationships with vendors and internal teams by providing guidance and recommendations when appropriate.
• Supports existing vendor relationships to ensure they remain healthy, productive, profitable, and mutually beneficial with the goal of securing repeat business.

Qualifications

• 5+ Year(s) of Sample Management or related experience in the Market Research Industry
• 3+ Years’ experience demonstrated the ability to lead/manage supplier relationships
• Previous management experience a required.
• A proven track record at managing quality project services and building & maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Has demonstrated an ability to resolve customer conflict and find unique solutions for barriers in delivery
• Has shown a desire to invest not only in his/herself but also the betterment of the service, and team members around him/her
