Job Description

TalentWorld is currently seeking a Field Services Logistics Technician for our client in Kitchener. The Field Services Logistics Technician is responsible for ensuring day-to-day service needs are met for assigned customers and geographic territories. In this role you will manage all aspects of on-site installations, upgrades, remedial activities and preventative maintenance for Fare Collection devices and systems based on documented processes and procedures.

Field Services Technician Responsibilities
Operate forklift & pallet jacks when required to Load / Unload trucks
Coordinate shipping, receiving & storage of products (local and internationally)
Order fulfilment, pick and pack materials and products
Setting up equipment and components
Supervising, participating in and reporting on tests performed in the field
Setting up equipment and components
Performing site inspections of installations
Providing support both pre-installation and post-installation

Field Services Technician Qualifications
G Drivers License
Forklift certification & experience
HS Diploma or Equivalent with 2-4 years\' experience in warehouse administration and installation, maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical equipment
