Installing new equipment, systems, and technology at client locations.
Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment runs efficiently and prevent breakdowns.
Repair & Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, making necessary repairs using tools and schematics, and identifying faulty components.
Testing:
Testing equipment and components to ensure proper function and identify issues and resolve them
Customer Interaction
Customer Support:
Providing on-site technical support, explaining problems, and answering customer questions.
Training & Recommendations:
Advising customers on how to use software and equipment properly and making recommendations to enhance system performance or prevent future issues.
Relationship Building:
Cultivating positive relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
Reporting:
Creating detailed and timely documentation, and records of work performed.
Workflow Management:
Managing their schedule, tying workflow to assigned tasks, and keeping track of work progression.
Collaboration:
Working with their technical team, sharing information, and cooperating across the organization.
Safety & Protocol:
Adhering to all company procedures, safety guidelines, and protocols, including safe vehicle operation.
System Management:
Utilizing and updating company automation systems and company databases.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3 years relevant technical experience is required
Ability to assemble and or install hardware such as:
Server Racks
Access Points
Switches
Servers
Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications highly desired
Self-motivated, detail orientated, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an efficient manner with a high level of quality
At least 3 years' experience managing & working with the following technologies:
Windows Server/Azure
Microsoft/Office 365/Entra ID
Active Directory
Switching/Firewalls
VPNs

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
