Job Description


What?s the role?

The Field Service Technician will be trained on large tire changeovers; be based out of our location in Moncton, NB and is responsible for responding to highway and after-hour night calls on a rotational basis. They work out of a Kal Tire Road Service Vehicle fitted with all the necessary tools and equipment to provide excellent service to our customers by performing front shop, off-site fleet and roadside assistance. Hours:
  • Full Time 40hrs+/week
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Rotating, On Call after-hours every 3-4 weeks

What kind of person are we looking for?
  • You?re interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high energy, fast paced team environment.
  • You have a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve on the spot.
  • Delivering a great customer experience is important to you.
  • You are comfortable driving day/night and working independently in adverse conditions.
  • You have a valid drivers license and a clean drivers abstract.
  • You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 50+ lb tires.
  • You?re always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
