Performs onsite field service activities by installing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs. Typically handles routine products and problems able to perform these tasks without supervision, getting direction from higher-level technicians on more complex problems. Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities, and represent the company in professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining, repairing and testing customers equipment
Responding quickly and efficiently to service calls/PMs/Installs
Interacting with our customers and ensuring that their concerns are appropriately addressed in a professional way
Provides training to the customers when needed
Requirements:
Should be able read electrical and mechanical drawing
Trade school diploma or college diploma preferred
Able to create alternative solutions to problems
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Basic electrical/electronic, mechanical and computer knowledge

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
