We are currently seeking a

Field Service Technician Helper

to support our Field Service Technicians based in Leduc, AB in delivering exceptional service for our customers. This is a hands-on, learning-oriented role with the potential for growth into more advanced technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the

installation and commissioning

of IJACK equipment at oil and gas sites Support technicians with

diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining

field equipment Help provide

technical support

and customer training alongside lead technicians Perform

routine maintenance

and shop-based prep work Maintain

accurate records

of service activities and parts usage Assist with

inventory management

in the warehouse or service truck Participate in

toolbox talks and safety meetings

, and always work in a safe and efficient manner Collaborate with field staff, shop technicians, and the broader IJACK team to ensure high service standards

What We're Looking For

High school diploma (or equivalent) Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn Willingness to travel and spend at least 1-2 days per week away from home A positive attitude and

team-first mindset

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and take initiative Strong communication and basic problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus:

Experience in oilfield service or heavy-duty mechanical work is a plus
