We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. The Field Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

Duties

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and systems. Provide training to customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all service activities. Respond promptly to service requests and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in a related industry. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software is a plus.
