Job Description
H.E.P.A. Filter Services Inc is looking to expand its service team in its Toronto offices.
H.E.P.A. provides testing and certification of various HEPA Filter systems in hospitals, laboratories, and the pharmaceutical industry.
With offices across Canada, H.E.P.A. is a leader in Certification Services.
H.E.P.A. has been providing these services for over 40 years. We will provide training required to carry out these specific certifications with the goal of the technician becoming NSF Accredited.
Duties and Responsibilities
Required to work Independently as Field Service Technician and as a team member with other Technicians on larger jobs.
Duties include but not limited to
Schedule Service calls Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training on equipment at customer site Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment as required by service or maintenance contract Provide customers with telephone support Complete Service reports Report regularly to Service Manager Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager Must be willing to travel within Ontario
Skills and Abilities
Excellent presentation, troubleshooting, communication & time management skills Strong interpersonal skills supported by strong analytical & problem-solving skills Mechanical/Maintenance/Electrical skills an asset Valid Driver's License
Covid Vaccination required for work in Hospitals and Universities
Minimum Secondary School Diploma
Valid Canadian Passport
