Job type: Fulltime The impact you will have As a Field Service Technician, you will apply your technical knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment and products for the Arjo customer on-site within the care facility. You will support customers by securing the best possible condition for mobility products and solutions. Your skills will help empower movement for people facing mobility challenges and increase the quality of lives for residents, patients and caregivers. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • \xc2\xb7 Scheduling and providing preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities.
  • \xc2\xb7 Effectively promoting and sell Arjo service agreements and products.
  • \xc2\xb7 Supervising equipment installation and/or performing uncrate and assembly services
  • \xc2\xb7 Instructing customer\xe2\x80\x99s personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment.
  • \xc2\xb7 Assisting sales personnel in marketing all Arjo equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads).
  • \xc2\xb7 Maintaining an organized parts inventory in a clean Company vehicle.
  • \xc2\xb7 Supporting Rental Operations team with repairs on rental equipment when needed.
  • \xc2\xb7 Performing other related duties as assigned.
The skills you will need
  • \xc2\xb7 Undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • \xc2\xb7 A minimum of three (3) years of field based electromechanical repair and maintenance experience
  • \xc2\xb7 A minimum of three (3) years of face to face technical customer service experience
  • \xc2\xb7 A minimum of three (3) years of sales and/or promotion of service products experience
  • \xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ability to recommend/promote/sell products and services based on observed client needs.
  • \xc2\xb7 Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and technical repair skills.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ability to travel to multiple customer sites on a regular basis, including overnight stays when needed.
