Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and proactive Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for manufacturing facilities, industrial, pool and hot tub equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance skills, with the ability to work independently in dynamic environments. Duties



Perform installation, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. Maintain, inspect, service, test and repair all systems on diesel engine. Diagnose diesel engine malfunctions and make repairs within regulatory and company guidelines. Diagnosing any issues with swimming pools and spas, like leaks, broken equipment, and technical issues. Maintaining residential, luxury and commercial hot tubs and pools Handling chlorine and other pool chemicals Making repairs on plumbing and installing new equipment and replacing parts. Helping with pool and hot tub deliveries and setting up new hot tubs. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and software to accurately diagnose problems. Conduct analysis using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure optimal equipment performance. Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and parts usage within our software. Operate fork lifts and other industrial equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance procedures and safety standards.

Requirements



Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits. Familiarity with software for work order management and documentation. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate fork lifts and other industrial equipment safely. Excellent analysis skills combined with a strong safety mindset. Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. Industrial millwright experience or background is desirable but not mandatory. This position requires a dedicated individual capable of working independently in the field while maintaining high standards of safety and quality assurance. Candidates should be committed to ongoing learning and professional development within the industrial maintenance sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
