Job Description




JOB SUMMARY The Field Service Supervisor will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with professional and courteous service regarding general inquiries, complaints, and other activities involved in managing the relationship with our customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must. This individual will be highly organized and able to work with a variety of departments in order to fulfil the job requirements. The Field Service Supervisor will demonstrate sound judgement and handle sensitive/confidential information in a timely manner. The ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous and detailed tasks is necessary. The Field Service Supervisor will be resilient and able to adapt to change and improvise and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate field service technicians for repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Supervise all service Technicians and field activities.
  • Submit service technician workorders and material usage into Project Job Costing (PJC).
  • Tank permitting and compliance for all AFD tank division related sites.
  • Meter Calibrations - weights and measurement compliance for all AFD locations.
  • Management of SCI/OPW FMS operating systems and configuration of such systems.
  • Recording and tracking of all service-related requirements for the tank\xe2\x80\x99s product line.
  • Accurate record keeping for all site failures and required preventive maintenance repairs.
  • Purchase parts and materials; issue purchase orders and process transfer as needed.
  • Control and maintain records regarding all tank division regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures for tank division QC/QA and HSE.
  • Track and maintain accurate invoices for mob/demob for service technicians.
  • Assist in planning and deployment of new FMS operating systems.
  • Provide timely, accurate response to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in on call duties for FMS/service department.
  • Act as liaison for all required branch personal certifications and orientations.
  • Provide management monthly costing for field maintenance and FMS related costs.
  • Act as liaison to other branches for resolution of FMS failures.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current processes; recommend changes based on findings.
  • Monitor records and reports to keep abreast of issues that may arise.
  • Be proactive in problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience
  • Experience and understanding of the oil and gas industry and fuel distribution is preferred
EDUCATION
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, with basic accounting knowledge
