About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated

Ultrasound Service Engineer

to join our Field Service team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of medical diagnostic imaging systems--including Ultrasound, GE Lunar Bone Densitometers, and Cardiology equipment--for clients across Toronto and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Install medical imaging systems following Top Tier Medical standards and procedures. Perform preventive maintenance, system evaluations, and inspections. Diagnose, calibrate, and repair imaging and cardiology equipment. Maintain accurate documentation, including service records and field reports. Provide professional, timely customer support to clinical teams. Represent Top Tier Medical with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

What You Bring

1+ year

experience as a Field Service Engineer/Representative with at least

two

of the following: Ultrasound GE Lunar Bone Densitometers Cardiology diagnostic equipment Diploma or Degree in

Electronics

or

Biomedical Engineering Technology

. Strong technical, troubleshooting, and installation skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability to change. Ability to travel internationally for training. Valid driver's license. Flexibility for overtime or modified hours when necessary.
