We are looking for a Field Service Representative to join our Quality Assurance team and help ensure every cabinet installation meets our high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Be the Eyes on the Ground:

Inspect job sites, identify quality or safety concerns, and take corrective action to protect our standards and reputation.

Document with Detail:

Use Site Audit Pro to create clear and thorough reports to support follow-up, service, and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot in Real-Time:

Address issues on-site when possible, from product or design concerns to basic service repairs.

Partner with Purpose:

Maintain strong relationships with field Superintendents and communicate proactively about site conditions and safety.

Support Smooth Installs:

Oversee installation accuracy from initial design through to completion, including mark-outs, site readiness, and protection application.

Stay Organized:

Track and return stock items, report installer performance, and follow up on assigned projects and ongoing product concerns.

Drive Quality:

Audit service techs/installers, complete hazard assessments, and attend quarterly safety meetings to help uphold a culture of safety and excellence.

Jump In When Needed:

Occasionally deliver or pick up manageable items from job sites and assist with project-specific needs.

We're Looking for Someone Who

Knows kitchen cabinet design, installation, and manufacturing fundamentals

Is comfortable using tape measures, levels, and small hand tools

Can read and interpret blueprints and work orders

Is proactive, organized, and solution-focused

Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal

Thrives under pressure and maintains a calm, can-do attitude

Is detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Has experience using Word, Excel, and other computer programs

Brings a high school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant experience
