Field Sales/optimization Specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Increase revenues for the business and identify opportunities for growth
  • Identify and develop relationships with new customers
  • Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing and repeat business
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback on industry trends
  • Support operations team in coordinating jobs requests and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate satisfactory resolutions to client invoicing inquiries
  • Prepare business proposals or quotations for customer projects
  • Work with other SECURE business lines to identify cross selling opportunities
  • Possess the technical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot solids control equipment
  • Ability to provide technical support to clients
  • Promote SECURE\xe2\x80\x99s safety culture

Qualifications/Competencies: The individual in this role will have:
  • Solids Control, Surface Rentals, Drilling Fluid, Drilling experience
  • Sales & Operations experience
  • Excellent selling, communication and strong customer relationship building skills
  • Possess an understanding of the principles, methods, and strategies used for promoting and selling services
  • Solid work ethic, self-starter, able to work with very little supervision, and team oriented
  • Must be an effective communicator and possess strong people, presentation, and technical writing skills
  • A strong commitment to safety and understanding of behavior-based safety culture
  • A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and the ability to travel as required
