Field Sales Supervisor

to join our leadership team and help fuel our next phase of growth.

Position Overview



The

Field Sales Supervisor

is a hybrid leadership and business development role. You will be on the ground building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and leading a field sales team that represents the Barry Enterprises brand with professionalism and excellence. This position is ideal for someone with a hunter's mentality, leadership presence, and a passion for growing revenue in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development:

Prospect, identify, and close new security service contracts across multiple verticals including events, retail, executive protection, and commercial

Client Engagement:

Build strong, lasting relationships with decision makers, property managers, event organizers, and corporate partners

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a field sales, set weekly goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent performance and accountability

Field Presence:

Conduct in person site visits, attend networking events, and actively represent Barry Enterprises in the community

Strategy & Reporting:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales strategies, pricing models, and monthly performance reports

Brand Ambassadorship:

Champion Barry Enterprises' values, services, and brand messaging to drive market awareness and client trust

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience (security, facility services, or related industry preferred)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a team
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (field travel required)
Self motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance driven environment

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
