Earnings are performance based and uncapped.
Duties
Identify and prospect new clients through outside sales activities, including door to door sales, cold calling, networking, and industry events
Work in assigned neighbourhoods and communities across Winnipeg
Speak with home owners promoting our business name and services and seeking new painting contract business
Attend team meetings and on-going coaching sessions to improve performance
Meet weekly targets and represent the brand professionally
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
Excellent communication skills
