Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to technical sales.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or outside sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
Ability to analyze market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
A background in technical sales or related fields is beneficial but not required.
