We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through outside sales efforts, developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts. Your ability to negotiate effectively and analyze market trends will be key to your success in this position.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and assess competitive landscape. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and technological advancements relevant to our offerings.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of achieving targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Access to a personal vehicle (required for candidates residing outside the GTA). Please note: fuel allowance is not provided.
