As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:


We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic

Sales Representative

to join our team. This role includes on-the-road sales activities, requiring you to build strong relationships with new and existing clients while offering a range of products and services. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our machines and supplies, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Client Acquisition:

Prospect, identify, and approach new customers. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsell additional products. Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present product offerings, services, and machine demonstrations.

Product Knowledge & Sales Process:

Educate customers on the features and benefits of the equipment. Guide customers through the purchasing process, including discussing product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines. Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to address customer needs effectively.

Service & Support Sales:

Offer service plans and maintenance contracts for machines, ensuring customers are aware of all service offerings. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.

In-House Sales Support:

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person at the office. Process orders, prepare quotes, and assist with order follow-ups.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company sales goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.

Qualifications:



Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or the foodservice equipment industry. Strong understanding of foodservice equipment is a plus but not required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage both in-house and field sales responsibilities efficiently. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Own vehicle is required

for client visits and local/regional travel. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
