Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across key customer segments.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with dealers, contractors, hardware stores, and major retailers.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Deliver regular sales performance reports and share market insights with the management team.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Manage assigned accounts and territories effectively to meet revenue objectives.
Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts and pipeline updates based on market feedback and trends.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in closing deals.
Experience in lead generation and client account management.
Comfortable conducting both in-person and virtual sales presentations.
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
Possess a valid Canadian driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Final candidates must provide a recent Driver's Abstract.
