What You'll Be Doing
Building and expanding a territory through genuine relationships and consistent outreach
Opening doors with new customers while strengthening bonds with existing ones
Partnering with Inside Sales and Operations to ensure every customer gets exceptional service
Providing insights from the field to help us stay sharp, competitive, and proactive
Championing the Pit Stop brand wherever you go -- professionally and with purpose
Spotting market shifts, opportunities, and service needs before others see them
What Makes You A Great Fit
You're a natural hunter: energetic, persistent, and comfortable navigating rejection
You have at least 3 years of outside sales experience (construction/B2B is a plus)
You build trust easily -- people remember you for the right reasons
You're confident using CRM tools, managing quotes, and tracking your funnel
You're self-driven, goal-oriented, and love spending your day out in the field
You hold a valid BC driver's license and a clean abstract
