What You'll Do

Build Relationships

: Visit construction sites and client locations to pitch our premium stone solutions and secure new partnerships.

Drive Sales

: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Stay Sharp

: Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and our cutting-edge product offerings to deliver compelling value propositions.

Manage Accounts

: Maintain detailed client records, analyze needs, and create tailored follow-up plans to ensure long-term success.

Report Progress

: Provide daily updates on sales activities and achievements to keep the team aligned.

Collaborate

: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Who You Are

Proven sales experience, ideally in construction, stone, or related industries. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals. Comfortable with frequent travel to meet clients and visit sites. Team player who thrives both independently and collaboratively.
